Formerly the Marketing Director at Traditions of Hanover, Diane accepted the position of Executive Director in August 2010. She brings with her a strong commitment and love for the residents of Traditions of Hanover, as well as 25 years experience in management and marketing.
JENNIFER MURPHY, Marketing Director

Formally the Marketing Associate, Jennifer accepted the position of Marketing Director in August of 2010. Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing to Traditions of Hanover. Jennifer began her career at Traditions in 2009. She has a passion for the residents and loves helping prospective residents make Traditions of Hanover their “new” home.
KUNO STADLEMAN, Food Service Director

Kuno has worked in the food service industry since 1980. He has worked at Hotel Bethlehem, St. Thomas More Family Center and Saucon Valley Country Club before joining the Traditions of Hanover team. Kuno is a skilled and experienced chef who takes great pride in the quality and presentation of the food at Traditions.
MAGGIE DOMINICI, Director of Resident Life
and Case Management

Maggie began with Traditions when the community opened in May 2005 as the Director of Resident Life. In February 2012 she was promoted to Case Manager. Maggie’s emphasis is assisting residents and their families to age in place successfully in the community, utilizing a wide variety of services available to extend their independence. Maggie facilitates a monthly Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group and designs programming that is beneficial to the psychological, physical, emotional and intellectual needs of the population. She has organized and manages a group of 50 volunteers that service the residents and community in those ways.

Ruthann has worked in the Accounting area of the health & welfare field for over 30 years. She has been with Traditions of Hanover since 2006. The residents appreciate her pleasant personality and one of a kind concierge service.
BILL SMITH, Plant Operations Director

Bill came to Traditions of Hanover in 2007 with over 15 years of experience in maintenance and repairs. Bill works hard at keeping the building looking beautiful.
