Formerly the Marketing Director at Traditions of Hanover, Diane accepted the position of Executive Director in August 2010. She brings with her a strong commitment and love for the residents of Traditions of Hanover, as well as 25 years experience in management and marketing.

Formally the Marketing Associate, Jennifer accepted the position of Marketing Director in August of 2010. Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing to Traditions of Hanover. Jennifer began her career at Traditions in 2009. She has a passion for the residents and loves helping prospective residents make Traditions of Hanover their “new” home.

Shelly shares with us over 25 years of business, operations and marketing experience. A sensitive listener, Shelly is in tune with the senior community and shares a compassionate and respectful understanding of their needs.
KUNO STADLEMAN, Food Service Director

Kuno has worked in the food service industry since 1980. He has worked at Hotel Bethlehem, St. Thomas More Family Center and Saucon Valley Country Club before joining the Traditions of Hanover team. Kuno is a skilled and experienced chef who takes great pride in the quality and presentation of the food at Traditions.

Maggie’s enthusiastic approach to life, events and activities has become an integral part of our community culture. Maggie has initiated a ROMEO's (Retired Old Men Eating Out) group for our male residents and a Red Hat Society for our ladies. She has also developed a trained group of volunteers who support the resident activity functions at Traditions.

Ruthann has worked in the Accounting area of the health & welfare field for over 30 years. She has been with Traditions of Hanover since 2006. The residents appreciate her pleasant personality and one of a kind concierge service.

Bill came to Traditions of Hanover in 2007 with over 15 years of experience in maintenance and repairs. Bill works hard at keeping the building looking beautiful.
